A stress fracture and plantar fasciitis is a doozie. But!!! Thursday it came off!
The stress fracture has healed but the PF is worse. Now I rock a Strassburg sock at night or anytime I’m sitting down for a long period of time. I’m not sure how Dave can keep his hands off me.
So now I still can’t do any impact type of workout, but I’m back at the yoga game! And I’m loving the Yoga Collective. It’s a website where classes can be searched by duration, intensity, teacher, specific focus, type of yoga. Yesterday was the first day I’ve hit the mat in a long time and it was fabulous.
